Superintendent

Dan Anderson joins CDPB as a Project Superintendent. He provides construction management services and pre-construction support on upcoming Oregon projects. Dan brings over 16 years of experience in commercial and residential construction, including overseeing The Rodney, a 16-story mixed-use tower in Portland’s Pearl District, and Millhouse, a 364-unit multifamily development delivered ahead of schedule and under budget.
