Contracts Manager

Holly brings over two decades of experience in contracts management, construction administration, and budget oversight across industrial, residential, and land development sectors. Prior to joining CDP, she held key roles at CapRock Partners, City Ventures, and Foremost Companies, where she managed construction contracts, consultant agreements, project budgets, and insurance compliance for complex, multi-phase developments. Holly is known for her thoroughness, professionalism, and collaborative approach to solving challenges. She holds a Certificate in Light Construction Development Management from UCI and studied business and finance at Orange Coast College.
