Project Manager

Mac Van Loos is a Project Manager with CDPB, based in the Portland office. He provides pre-construction and project management support for upcoming Oregon projects, drawing on more than ten years in multifamily construction.

Before joining CDPB, Mac worked at Greystar and Holland Partner Group on a wide range of product types, from garden-style apartments to high-rise buildings. His background spans the full arc of a project: budgeting, estimating, and design coordination during pre-construction, then schedule, cost, and quality control once crews are in the field.

Mac holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Washington State University.
