Senior Project Manager

Mike Johnson is a Senior Project Manager with CDPB in the Portland office, overseeing Oregon construction projects from planning through completion. He manages general contractors, coordinates with stakeholders and agencies, ensures compliance with LIHTC requirements, and keeps teams informed on progress, budget, and risk. With over 15 years of experience in multifamily construction and development, Mike has a strong background in structural engineering and project leadership. He has successfully led large-scale projects at Greystar and Holland Partner Group, where he was recognized for building high-performing teams, cultivating strong trade partner relationships, and delivering complex projects. Mike holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
