Patrick is a Construction Superintendent with CDP Builders, bringing 31 years of experience in supervising, coordinating, and managing construction and remodeling projects.  Throughout his career, he has overseen a wide range of construction work—from renovations, additions, and upgrades to large-scale hotel developments and multifamily communities. His background as a carpenter, framing foreman, and construction manager has shaped him into a skilled and well-rounded superintendent.
